We love our Blemil video monitor, unfortunately the monitor fell and the screen went black. I’ve talked with support and they are willing to send us a replacement! I’m super happy they are being so helpful! We will definitely be sticking to the Blemil brand!

Loved this monitor, it's very convenient to hear and see baby when not in the same room, has good picture quality and sound with almost no delay. We liked that it doesn't connect to an app or the internet as it felt more secure.
I bought this almost a year ago and we are just now experiencing issues with the monitor screen, but customer service has offered a replacement when I contacted them, they are very quick to reply and try to help with any issues.

This monitor is great for a household with 2 kids! I love being able to have both kids on the same monitor screen. I also love that it doesn’t worry WiFi in orders to work. Their customer service is also great. They are responsive and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.
