1. Shipping Areas:

Currently, we only ship to U.S. domestic addresses.

All U.S. orders enjoy free standard shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not support international shipping, including to the UK, Australia, Italy, France, Germany, and Ireland. We appreciate your understanding and support.

2. Order Processing & Shipping:

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • If there are any delays with items in your order, we will notify you via email.
  • Please note, delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the order confirmation and purchase time.
  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, so please allow for extra time.

3. Shipping Agreement:

All orders placed on the official website are subject to the shipping agreement. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss and ownership transfers to the buyer.

4. Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • Once an order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the corrected address and reship the package, with shipping fees at your expense.
  • A daytime contact number is required for all shipments.

5. Reshipment:

  • If your package is returned to BLEMIL because it could not be delivered, please contact our support team to arrange reshipment.
