Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • In original condition (unworn, unused)
  • With tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used items or items not in their original packaging
  • Custom-made or clearance sale items
  • Return requests made after 30 days from the purchase date

How to Initiate a Return:

To begin a return, simply contact us at service2@blemil.us. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to return the item.

Important: Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Warranty

1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

We offer a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all our products. If you're experiencing a technical issue with your product, you can send it back to us for assistance.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects or technical issues
  • Repairs or replacements as necessary

What’s Not Covered:

  • Accidental damages
  • Wear-and-tear items
  • Rechargeable consumables (e.g., batteries)

How to Request a Warranty Service:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Relevant photos or videos

Our technical team will assess your request and guide you through the next steps.

Repair or Replacement Process:

If your product needs to be returned for repair or replacement, we will provide detailed shipping instructions.

Shipping Damage

If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at service2@blemil.us. Be sure to include photos or videos of the damage. Based on the situation, we will arrange for either a replacement or refund.

Exchange

Exchanges & Customer Service Response Time

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order.

We will respond to your inquiries within 48 hours of receiving your email. Please note that response times may be delayed during holidays.

Refunds

Return Notification & Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
